2. Reservations

2.1 Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. For large group bookings or private events, longer notice periods may apply.

2.3 No-Shows

Tables are held for 15 minutes from the reserved time. After this, we reserve the right to release your table to other guests.

2.4 Large Groups

For parties of 8 or more, we may require a deposit or pre-order. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Private Events & Functions

Private dining and events are subject to separate terms which will be provided upon enquiry. A deposit is typically required to secure your booking, and cancellation policies will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation or before ordering. While we take great care to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is free from allergens.

5. Payment

We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Gratuities are discretionary and always appreciated. For group bookings, a service charge may be added to your bill.

6. Delivery & Collection

6.1 Orders

All delivery and collection orders are subject to availability. Prices and menu items may differ from our restaurant menu.

6.2 Delivery Areas

We deliver to selected postcodes within our delivery radius. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand and traffic conditions.

6.3 Order Issues

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
